The grind and seal process is done in two stages. The first is the grinding process: we use increasingly fine industrial grinders to reveal and smooth the concrete substrate, bringing it to a level finish. Once the concrete is polished to an acceptable level, we begin the sealing process. We add a layer of sealant in a matte, semi-gloss or high-gloss finish, creating the beautiful floor you’ve always wanted.
